Terms and Conditions Airport Transfers by Sanlorenzo.
The following terms and conditions apply to passengers booking with Airport Transfers:
Payment is required during the request of booking. If Airport Transfers is able to furnish the service, we will send you a confirmation through an e-mail in which all the details of the booking are pointed out. If Airport Transfers is not able to furnish the service we will send you an annulment through an e-mail of the request of booking. In case the transfer is considered as imminent the annulment is also confirmed through a SMS. All payments will be refunded if Airport Transfers is not able to confirm your booking
The confirmation sent through an e-mail (Transport voucher) is the ticket. The ticket must be shown to the driver or to a representative of Airport Transfers both to the going and to the return. The request of booking is not a valid confirmation of booking.
If booking is effected by phone, it will be subjected to and customer will accept the same Terms and Conditions of Airport Transfers.
Customer declares to be of age and assures that all data are correct and complete; customer also assures to be the owner of the credit or debt card used in the transaction and that the card covers the cost of our Service. Airport Transfers is not responsible of possible errors during the booking request and it won't refund any money in case of missed services owed to these mistakes. If these errors implicate that Airport Transfers or his own suppliers have to develop a different service respect to the one reserved and this involves some additional costs to the service, customer will have to directly pay this difference to the driver, communicated him from the Office of Airport Transfers, before the execution of the service.
In the case in which two or more people are included in the same reservation, the person who purchases the transfer will be considered as agent of all the members of the group and accept our conditions for every members of the group.
Passengers will be led or taken charge of in the address written on the reservation. If you desire to change these addresses or other details, you have to send an e-mail to the head office of Airport Transfers (firstname.lastname@example.org), up to 3 days before the date of trip. If Airport Transfers will be able to satisfy the requests the confirmation will be sent by e-mail. Any change will be effected to discretion of Airport Transfers and can be subjected to an additional administrative cost.
Customer has to provide a valid telephone number, included the international dialling code. Customer has the responsibility to verify the presence of messages eventually left by Airport Transfers on his cellular telephone up to one day before the transfer of return. Schedules of collecting for the return are approximate; in case of variation of such schedules, passengers will be informed 48 hours before the transfer. If customer cannot provide a valid cellular telephone number, he has to write in the reservation the address where he can be contacted. If customer does not provide any address, it is his responsibility to contact the Airport Transfers agent through the number in the voucher to avoid the risk to lose the transfer of return. The notification of any change to the schedules will be sent to customer through SMS or telephone cellular.
Cancellation of booking must be done through e-mail to the head office of Airport Transfers (email@example.com) and will be confirmed by Airport Transfers, through e-mail too. If you do not receive any confirmation of the cancellation, contact the head office of Airport Transfers. The cancellation of booking must be effected at least 7 days before the transfer of going. In the case of cancellation of a booking effected by customer, Airport Transfers can (but it has no to) refund the price of transfer deducted an administrative cost of 10 euro and the costs of credit card. Airport Transfers has the right to cancel in any moment a reservation if it is not able to effect it in the correct way.
If the customer flight is cancelled, the transfer cannot be refunded by Airport Transfers.
If during the reservation of a private transfer the flight is late, the driver will wait for up to 60 minutes from the programmed time arrival; after that, the passenger will lost his transfer. If the driver, duly informed of the delay, will have the possibility to wait for over the 60 minutes, he will carry the service of transfer out for 25 euro per hour or fraction thereof, directly payable to the driver before the beginning of the service. In case of flight delay, customer has to inform the Call Center of Airport Transfers, to the telephone number in the reservation. If the passenger lost, for any other reason, the transfer at the pre-arranged time, no refund is provided.
Possible claims and applications of reimbursement must be send by e-mail to the head office of Airport Transfers (firstname.lastname@example.org), within one month from the date of the transfer.
All the luggages must be clearly identified with the name of the owner and the address of destination.
Customers can only bring with themselves 2 luggage included the purse for skis or snowboard. Any surplus baggage must be declared during the booking. In the case in which a client has additional luggage, Airport Transfers reserves itself the faculty to invoice an indemnity for the surplus luggage or to refuse to transport such luggage.
Airport Transfers will try to satisfy any possible requests inserted in the "Particular Requests”, but is not forced to do it.
Airport Transfers reserves itself the faculty (and delegate such faculty to its own drivers) to refuse to transport any person that is under the influence of alcohol or drug and/or that has a behavior which can represent a threat for the driver, the vehicle or the other passengers.
Passengers are not allowed to bring on our vehicles any alcoholic drink with the intention to consume it, neither to drink alcoholic on our vehicles.
All Airport Transfers vehicles are non-smoking vehicles.
All Airport Transfers vehicles are insured against damages to passengers and third parties in agreement with the local regulation. Nevertheless, although Airport Transfers always operates with the maximum possible care, customer goods are transported at his risk and no responsibility can be assumed for loss or damage. Insofar, we recommend to our customers to verify their own trip insurance.
Airport Transfers undertakes to transport the passenger, with the least trouble and uneasiness, to the destination pointed out in the confirmation document. Nevertheless, circumstances out of our control can prevent the conclusion of this responsibility. Some examples of circumstances that are out of our control:
accidents that cause delay of the vehicle
areas with forbidden access to the vehicles
exceptional or rigorous meteorological conditions
conclusion of requests coming from the police
deaths and road accidents
vandalism and terrorism
delays due to non predictable traffic
strikes effected by third
problems caused by other clients
the vehicle held or delayed by a police officer or government representative
other circumstances that can represent a risk for the safety of the passengers
If Airport Transfers does not succeed, for any reason that does not go beyond its own control, to deliver passengers to confirmed destination, Airport Transfers will furnish a suitable transport as another bus, train, private car, taxi, etc. Any reimbursement effected by Airport Transfers for the costs of an alternative mean of transport to reach the destination on the ticket does not have to exceed the cost to reach such destination in taxi. It is necessary to introduce a valid receipt to get the reimbursement.
Legal rights of customer cannot be denied or decreased in any case.
For what not foreseen by the present conditions it is postponed to the dispositions of laws in force in Italy.
